The families of the employees who participate at the Work Inclusion Program need support and orientation for the program to be made in the most satisfactory way.
Because of that, our task is to guide them in search of their own resources, capabilities and strengths so that they can escort the included employee in the different steps of the process.
Our task is based on
- Promoting the cooperation between families and professionals aiming to generate work alliances.
- Granting inside the families an active position tending to encourage the abilities of the employee.
General Objectives
- To foster the participation and compromise of families in the ECA program.
- To accompany and advice the families in their role inside the Program.
- To generate and grant spaces where to talk and reflect between the family members.
- To promote a bigger interrelation between the ECA areas.
Specific objectives
- To form and inform the families in themes of interest that can give them tools for their participation as Support inside the Program.
- To bring up to date the information about the families, and also everything that concerns the family situation.
- To participate in the activities that the other areas make, and also to promote the participation of them in the activities of the Family area.
Work axes
The area wants to work the mentioned objectives from the following works axes:
- Individualized familiar Interviews.
- Family meetings in small groups.
- Work separation.
- Interrelation with the other areas of the Program.
