The work monitoring consists in evaluating with the person in charge at the company the employee performance; to identify and analyze the causes that impede or potentiate the development of the work process; to use the proper strategies to correct possible detected problems; to implement new strategies to allow the student to be trained for new tasks.
Main Objective
To detect the strengths and weaknesses of the employee. The first ones to be developed and the second ones to be improved.
Detection is the first and necessary step so then we can work with the young people training and forming them. With the purpose of letting the students reach a satisfying work performance and also to develop their potentialities to its maximum point.
Work methodology
To fulfill the objective before mentioned we make bimonthly supervisions in each of the companies. The “Guiding person” at the Employment with Support plan goes to the company to have an interview with the boss or person in charge of the integrated young employee. The interview consists in an open dialogue where that person shares with the “Guiding” the work performance of the employee. That is to say, the purpose of this interview is to make an “Evaluation of the performance” in which one the guiding gives work strategies to the employer and also to his/her partners to improve the performance of the integrated young person.
At the beginning the interviews are monthly made, but after the period of adaptation they are bimonthly made. Unless this is the systematic frequency, the employers know that the professionals are available to be contacted. This means, that facing any doubt, or difficulty that appears or any positive experience that they want to share before the meeting, they can contact us, and that is very important.
As the objective of the Program of Employment with Support is to give support to the families, to the company and to the employee, from 2007 we made two interviews along the year with each one of the integrated young people.
