COOKING WORKSHOP

The cooking Workshop is thought as an space of reflection for each young person to know his/her possibilities and aptitudes through the fastening of the functional cooking abilities.

We consider that the teaching and the fastening of these abilities will help the person to develop him/herself in an autonomous way in different ambits as home life, the work area, the entertaining area and mainly, they contribute to the rediscovering of their potentialities and personal aptitudes, favoring in this way the assessment and social meaning.

The workshop is developed inside the Instituto Argentino de Gastronomia, having the collaboration of the staff teachers and with the trained people in the cooking area and the education of Fundacion Discar.

The classes are practical and theoretical and are divided in: Bakery, Pastry, Cold and Hot Cooking.
